Haruka Japanese Sushi Rice はるか 20kg
Haruka sushi rice 20 kg sack of sushi rice. Used by many Japanese restaurants and sushi bars in the up and throughout Europe. Ideal for sushi making or accompanying oriental and Japanese dishes.
Combine 1 cup Haruka Rice and 1.25 cups water in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed.
Remove from heat; let stand covered about 10 minutes before serving.
Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.
NOTE: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup Haruka Rice and 1.25 cups water in electric rice cooker pot.
Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacture.
