KENKO MAYONNAISE ケンコーマヨネーズ 500g
Kenko (not the coffee company!) Japanese mayonnaise is slightly different to regular UK/US varieties. More eggs used, no egg whites, vegetable oil and rice vinegar instead of white, together with some essential flavoring for that authentic taste.
Use for toppings for yakisoba, okonomiyaki and takoyaki, dipping sauce for kara-age and a replacement for butter or oil when frying vegetables, meat and seafood. Try this mayo with chopped seafood stocks to make an authentic filling for California sushi rolls.
