Natto is a traditional Japanese food made by fermenting soybeans. Extremely healthy for you, it is often eaten at breakfast or as a snack through the day. It may be an acquired taste because of its powerful smell, strong flavor, and slimy texture but if you have never tried it then there is only one way to find out! It can be eaten on its own or with rice.

Keep frozen at or below -18℃. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Once thawed, keep refrigerated.
Each pack contains a single serving of natto, with separate sachets of mustard and savoury natto seasoning. Mix to your taste and serve either by itself as a snack or as a topping to steamed Japanese rice.
